Call for papers
The iCFP will provide a platform for professionals in the field of food properties for sharing knowledge, innovative ideas, and research achievements. The focus of the conference will be on the four themes: physical and physico-chemical, kinetic, sensory and nutritional properties. Food properties are multidisciplinary in nature requiring inter-links between food science, material science, nutrition and dietetics, biological, health and medical science. It will also discuss the food safety agenda globally with a focus on regional issues. Industry could benefit from transforming the scientific knowledge to useful products having novel and functional food properties. The conference has thus three key objectives:
Accepted papers will be published in the conference CD-ROM proceedings with a ISBN number. Selected papers presented during the International Conference iCFP 2014 will be published in the International Journal of Food Properties (Taylor and Francis, New York, indexed in Scopus) after improvement and changes. Publication will be based on the quality of the paper after peer-review.
